This home was gorgeous and in a wonderful location. It is very close to many of the Colorado Springs attractions. Tanya was very helpful and provided a list of attractions and local places to visit. My daughters loved the basement area with bunk beds and bean bags, and enjoying dinner on the balcony area. Very family friendly with the games as well! We even saw a deer through the window one morning. The hosts were excellent. I would 100% recommend!

Tanya was a great host and we loved the home! It was larger than we expected and had so many activities for everyone to do while we were there. The location was perfect, close to our friends in the area and lots of variety of businesses and outdoor activities.

We stayed at Tanya’s for a girls’ trip and had the best time!! It was a great location with all the large sitting areas we needed. We LOVED the hot tub setup and enjoyed the patio during our stay. Tanya was super helpful and very responsive during our time there. Would book again!!

Loved the house, the stay is wonderful and has a great view of the mountains. The good area made for a perfect base to explore. Everything was exactly as described, and we had a truly comfortable and enjoyable time. We'll definitely be looking to book here again on our next visit.

This was a beautiful home in a quiet, scenic neighborhood. The location is perfect and close to many area attractions, stores, and restaurants. It is also a short distance to USAFA, which made it easy to travel back and forth to the base for our son's graduation. We have a large family of eleven and Tanya's house was a warm and cozy home away from home. The home had ample space to accommodate us all while providing different areas for all us to enjoy quiet, games, or a movie. The large kitchen and grill area was great for dining in and the huge dining room table seated all eleven of us plus guests! The bedrooms and beds were large and comfortable and the bathrooms were immaculate. The home was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Tanya is very responsive, provided easy and clear instructions, and is available if needed. Tanya's house greatly exceeded our expectations and provided us with a wonderful stay!

Tonya is a fantastic host. We had a small issue and she was immediately responsive and attentive. The home was terrific. A little something for everyone spread out in a wide open home. The games and hit tub were great amenities!

Tanya was the best we came up to stay for a tattoo convention that we participated in and needed a place to relax and unwind before each long day. It was everything we needed plus the neighborhood seemed very respectful and welcoming non judgmental. Something most of us artists tend to deal with. Our family was comfortable and the kids felt at home, and safe. Make sure to check out there coffee shop during your stay. Thanks again for having us we appreciate you guys very much!

The Retro Rancher was the perfect place to stay for a quick work getaway. The shaded back yard was the best part. I really liked how nice the whole place was and how easy it eas to get to. Tanya was very communicative and quick to respond.

This home was in a beautiful location and we had a great time staying here. It was easy to get downtown and Garden of the Gods. Perfect house for a group of people to stay!

We stayed at Tanya’s place while visiting oldest son in college. We had great recommendations from Tanya for entertainment, food, shopping, etc… as well as a binder with information on the area, the house, checkout instructions and handy house related information (HVAC, hot tub, etc…) The kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs and we appreciated the welcome goodies. The house had been well cleaned and we had plenty of linens. The house is very spacious and had a great layout for our family and pup. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything we needed, as well as interstate access. We felt right at home! It was cold while we were in Colorado, so we didn’t spend much time in the backyard but really enjoyed the hot tub in the sunroom. The dining room table is large enough to host a big crowd which was nice for my 4 large adult-sized boys. There is plenty of space for TV watching, reading or the arcade games on each floor. Overall great host, house, area and we’ll be back!
